OnlineService Description
Comprehensive consultation that lasts approximately two hours to go over the total picture of health and individual constitution. Please fill out the health history and consent forms at least 48 hours prior to your appointment (under "Forms" in the menu). Use the "Book Online" menu option to schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Payment must be rendered at the time of booking. If you need to cancel, please do so 48 hours ahead of the appointment and a full refund will be issued. If you cancel between 24-47 hours prior to the appointment, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be granted if the appointment is not canceled within 24 hours.
