I started my journey with Kristina after being diagnosed with Anklyosing Spondylitis. Prior to my diagnosis I had gone through rounds of physical therapy and a radiofrequency ablation in hopes of relieving my chronic back pain, but nothing was long lasting. When I got my diagnosis, I was prescribed immunosuppressants, but I couldn’t bring myself to start treatment- it just didn’t feel right for me. I’m so glad I found homeopathy and started seeing Kristina. My evaluation was extremely thorough, and I think I jokingly laughed at the end saying “I came to you for back pain but I feel like I just had a talk therapy session.” I knew homeopathy would be all encompassing, but what I didn’t expect is that after a few months of taking my remedy, I would see it support me in ways not even related to my back pain that has truly improved my quality of life. Now I am able to go back to exercising in the way that I enjoy and take long drives without needing frequent breaks due to pain.
